Anti, I just got the scoop...AZNT added 2 more defendants last week & two more today, it goes to the research atty (citing law, etc.) this afternoon, then off to the filing atty tonight or tommorow. If all goes smoothly it will be filed tommorow, Wednsday latest. The delay was the addition of another two defendants. ragingbull.com
Tuesday 1/4: I got a status report for the drool-case's that'll make 'em happy then! The complaint went to the research atty yesterday, he ited the appropriate case law & whatever one does with a complaint, it will be given to the lawyer who will be litigating the case today, reviewed, & then it will be filed today or tommorow, depending on the lawyer's schedule today...the delay was they added 4 more defendants over the holiday week-end , two just yesterday. ragingbull.com

I can tell you this, they said the complaint is very strong & supported by case law. 8 defendants are named, & I can post it after it is filed. I just talked to AZNT...the complaint was revised, even in its' abbreviated form is 40 pages in length. The litigating atty will meet with Sylver on Sunday, review it, and it will be filed Monday.
