servicemerchandise.com is the ticket for SMC to leap out of chapter 11. First, consult with an investment banker on Wall street. Next, float the idea with the creditors and bond holders and the banks. Then, spin off 10% of servicemerchandise.com stock to the stockholders. Use the value of the rest of the stock to satisfy the creditors and get the bankruptcy judge to rectify the creditor approved plan.
Creditors can come out whole by selling their servicemerchandise .com stock, or even make some money on the internet explosion.
