Tommy boy, you don't mind me calling you Tommy boy do you?

First off, I'd like to thank you for starting this topic on SI. I've lurked about here since the late '50s and occasionally posted. AIM has certainly imparted the discipline I so desperately needed to successfully invest in the stock market. Thanks, and thanks to Sir Lichello, wherever you are.

Second, I've also had my best year in the market so far after mucking about for 10+ years. 1999 gave me a 39% return. The bulk of my account is in a stodgy deferred compensation plan. AIM did it's best.

Third, I do have some individual stocks that have done very well. BOBJ (was: BOBJY) has done the best but I fooled around with AIM and don't have good numbers to report. I can report on USWB. They are a Web consulting group. I started it in Aug of '99 @$19. I had three sells, three vealies, another string of 9 sells. Recently I've bought back in at $41.25, $39 and $37. Newport reports a 64% gain. Not bad when the reported average price per share is $35.712.

With AIM I'm still nervous about the market retreats but I've learned to live with "the stress and tension". I'm a better person for it and my sex life has improved.

Thanks Tom.
