Good morning, Marvin.

While I agree with much of what you have said, we enter a critical period for AOL. It was about this time last year (perhaps a couple of weeks later) that AOL experienced explosive growth generated, most assuredly, by January 1999 earnings. That explosive growth resulted in the earlier top of $175 pre-split.

Now, we are about to enter that same period, a year later. Are we better positioned this year than last? Personally, I think we're better positioned. So, with a little bit of luck, blow out earnings, and some good announcements we could see a repetition of last year's pattern of explosive growth. I wouldn't bet against AOL at this point in time.
