HowdyDowdy: Having a opposite party in congress is probably a good thing. My humble point is Clinton has done a good job during his tenure, especially since he has been under fire from the religious right, remember the Falwell video, and he upset a lot of people with his stand on abortion and gays during the early part of his term in office, but atleast he has a policy on important issues and does not dodge the issues like the opposition does.
