Joe, I have been a silent lurker on this thread for quite a while. The only thing holding me back from purchasing shares right now is the "poison pill" that's in place. If that's removed, then I'm on board for a buyout The current management is worse than incompetent. Notice how the latest news was released AFTER most all of the proxy statements have been mailed in. The pain and anger felt by you and the other loyal shareholders posting here is fully justified. I hope that this latest fiasco will be the catalyst that finally instigates needed changes.
