I don't think they can use the lowest closing price for the last 10 days. I read it as the average of the closing price of the last 10 days. Which is $0.35

MINIMUM EXERCISE PRICE
23.2.9 The minimum exercise price of an incentive stock option, whether
granted for the purchase of Venture or Advanced Company securities shall be
determined by the Market Price for those shares for the ten trading days immediately preceding the
date the news release announcing the stock option grant was disseminated or where no news
release was disseminated, the ten trading days immediately preceding the date the stock options
were granted. If the company does not issue a news release, the price will be guaranteed if the
Summary Form (Appendix 23C) is filed within 2 days from the date the stock options were
granted. The average must not include a closing price that occurs earlier than the trading day
following the day on which a material change was announced. No discounts are permitted for stock
option grants. *Last amended March 1999
