I guess after we notified them they decided to rectify the form 27 initially filed on December 24 after the following press release which was never disseminated through Canada Stockwatch.

Cubix Investments Inc. has acquired through a private placement 80,000 units of
On2.com Inc. at a price of USD $12.88 per unit, for a total consideration of USD
$1,030,400. Each unit will consist of one share of common stock of the company,
with no par value (the ?Common Shares?), and one warrant (the ?Warrants?) to
purchase 0.3 shares of common stock of the company (roundest to the nearest
whole share) at an exercise price per Common Share equal to the closing price
recorded on the American Stock Exchange (?Amex?) for shares of the
company?s common stock traded on the Amex for the last trading day prior to
the closing date on which such Warrants are purchased.
On2.com Inc. is a leading developer of broadband video compression and
streaming technology.
