Very interesting article. . thanks, Dennis. . . . I have to say that these guys sure went to a lot of trouble to make their case . . . and convince us that because this phenom occurred 70% of the time, that it should necessarily occur now. . . implying all the signs are there for a repeat. . . that we should "FEAR THE ZEROS."

As much as I look to history to predict the future, I realize that there are factors that bear on the markets that outweigh such history.

The individual online traders have REVOLUTIONIZED the stock market, just as the internet has revolutionized industry.

Ignoring this fact, in favor of accepting a grasping-at-straws argument from a bear journalist that had the gall to call this week "Stockalypse 2000". . . could be damaging to your portfolio.

This week was neither good nor bad for me. . . it just was.

And the strength toward the close on Friday, coupled with all that pension money, institutional money, etc. sitting on the sidelines looking for clear direction in the markets. . . tells me we go higher yet next week. . .and don't be surprised if cyclicals take a dump soon.
