In the last couple days I have tried to download two files from the internet, one a new video driver and the other an update for QP2. When I click on the command, on the web site, to begin the download, my modem icon flashes for less than second, a message pops on the screen "please wait for download to finish" and the screen is frozen. If I hit the back arrow, the screen again is functioning. I do not get the download. I have tried several times at both sites and the same thing happens over and over. I don't have a clue; does anyone? Bob
