This is about the most encouraging piece of news I have heard yet(FCC comments). This announcement alone should spark renewed interest in LTV. I am sure the stock will climb to the $40 range as it has in the past, whether it breaks that barrier and sets new highs will be dependent on whether the transition actually starts to happen. I'm holding on, best of luck.
