Agreed: The time to buy is when the market is "disappointed" with a company, particularly when the company is fundamentally as sound as LU.

It's just like buying MOT waaaay back a year and a half or so when the market was "disappointed" and had them down in the high $40's or so. After all...ain't the idea of this game to buy low....and sell high?? ;-)
