I can not speak for the company other than what was told to me.I did not get the chance to ask Kevin Monroe about the Web site. Maybe you would feel better if he would explain it himself.

The person who introduced ADI to me,Mr. Ryan,gave me the phone number a women who handles the direct purchases of company shares. Every once in a while the company allows outside investors to acquire shares directly from the company thereby forgoing broker commissions. I am not advocating the direct purchase of shares from ADI. There always exists the possibility of stealing away a few shares on the open exchange. Since the company now exists in a Research and Development stage,any and all direct purchases of shares aid in the quest for a marketable chip. At any rate the women who handles the direct shares placements stated she was told the company is having temporary difficulties with their cable and it should be corrected soon enough.
