So, they're going to do the 20% IPO in a coupla' weeks and spin the remaining 80% out to Com's shareholders in six months or so, the way I understand it.

Does anyone see a way that Coms's shareholders can get screwed out of their relative share (stock or profits-wise) on this deal?
