The major flaw in mytrack trading is you can't cancel a marketable order.
When trading fast moving stocks, I always place buy at ask and sell at bid. When orders are sent to ISLD or NITE, they usually get fills in a few seconds. But if orders are sent to Herzog, and they are buy at ask (or sell at bid), while the stock are moving down(or moving up), I will not get a fill for about 30 minutes, during this period I always desperately try to cancel but not allowed, try to call trading desk but never get through. Then after 30 minutes I will get a fill at the price 30 minutes ago(higher price for buy or lower price for sell) which are significantly away from the current prices. But if the stocks are going your direction, that when I buy they are moving up, or I sell they moving down, I will not get fills until the stocks move past me and my orders are no longer marketable, at this time my cancel will immediately get through - this is best results I can expect if orders are sent to Herzog. In the past days I experienced this situation too many times, with no exception. And this makes trading too dangerous at mytrack. I like mytrack's other features but I am forced to consider changing to another firm.
