Well yeah, but .... i've had a lot to do with forestry, and think in these terms -
The longer you leave the tree grow, the bigger it gets, as log values improve their average one per cent per year in inflation-adjusted terms, so the longer you wait, the more you make when you harvest it. But - you make nothing until you harvest it.
Of course medsite will only IPO maybe 20 per cent of their shares at first, anyway, right? ... so it's not like their tree stops growing -g- ... no, from the viewpoint of a jordista i'd rather they IPO as soon as this tech adjustment settles out, if fed hikes haven't eliminated the IPO market by then, and i don't think they will.
From medsite's point of view, i expect that expansion at the rate they are proceeding is making it difficult for them to make up S1s, which have to be extremely detailed and up-to-date on the date of filing. Especially if they have any acquisitions in their own pipeline.
