I agree with you that this run is not over yet but I think the Lowrance deal is off (cash flow). The market seems to think it is a good thing.
Big article in Space News about the U.S. government not letting ORB build RADARSAT 2. Their subsidiary (MD) had to (at Canada's direction) give it to somebody else.
