Karl, I'm not sure I understand fully what you are saying in your post, though it looks like there is an insult intended.

You are playing with semantics. As president and CEO, clearly David was not the assayer, nor the calculator of the reserves. But he is the owner of the results and his statements reflect what he believes are accurate calculations done by people he hired. He is accountable.

I may be wrong on this, but I don't think so. Walsh did make the comment that the 71M MAY have been overstated. He also stated at one time earlier that 71M MAY be understated.
