Where does this ANDW news fit in?

It looks like this is just a press release by ANDW trying to associate themselves with CDMA and China. Since more than half of ANDW's revenue comes from the bulky, low-value stuff like antennas, towers and co-axial cable, I assume they are not that deep into the high-tech side of wireless and are behind in CDMA specific technology. This press release appears to be highlighting sales made to China last year and I don't think it has any immediate relevancy.

But I am getting the tingly feeling that things are happening in China lately. I think it is all very hush for fear of upsetting the various policy makers etc., and that the press (and of course us) will be the last to know when it is all a go, which I suspect is already the case or almost so. While I have always believed that major CDMA in China was an eventual given, I'll believe it is a go when I see it. But I think personal investment decisions regarding CDMA in China will be most profitable when it is assumed it will happen shortly. The last person on the boat doesn't get the best fare.
