95% of 400,000,000 = 380,000,000

That leaves 20,000,000 (the 5%) of which GSTRF is targeting 7,000,000 in 5 years.

He is missing the point, not us. The "BIZ model" as he refers to assumes that 99.3% of all wireless users will not need Globalstar Service. Yet he sites his 95% figure as proof that the BIZ model no longer works? I hope his projection is more accurate than Globalstars!
