The "immediate period" is just the next 30-45 days leading up to and shortly after the earnings period. After that I think it will be a rocky road and mostly downhill through the summer for the Internet sector. How about forming a company to buy a condo or beach chalet? It could be all rigged out with a satellite feed and a sociable meeting/work area for fellow semi-retired investors to trade investment and tax avoidance strategies. There are lots of possibilities if you think about it. Investment training vacations, time-shares - I've only begun to think about it. Being the creators of the thing could be lucrative in itself.
