Steve... First, I would like to collectively apologize for all the undoubtedly rude emails you have probably gotten in response to your summary of e.Digital (EDIG) on the CNBC website. That these people are passionate about this stock is all I'll say. ;-) However, your summary DID contain errors, and if you are interested, here is some factual and subjective information for you to peruse.

Here is a summary of EDIG as posted on RB:

ragingbull.com

It's share price increased dramatically last week due to the CES in Las Vegas and the announcements regarding various corporate alliances (IBM, LU, TXN,MayCom, etc.). EDIG was actually represented in Big Blue's booth at the CES. Here is a summary firsthand of the CES as it pertained to EDIG (albeit from an EDIG shareholder)

As you can see from its run last week, it was "played by the traders, but the float is 115 million so much of the movement was "perceived merit" based, rather than simple MM manipulation. Strangely (for a BB stock) Institutional trading accounted for over 50% of the volume Friday, according to Thomson's I-Watch (See pie chart at thomsoninvest.net after typing in EDIG's ticker symbol).

EDIG was previously listed on Nasdaq under Norris Communications, and thus requires only 30 days over $5 to be re-listed, wherein it is assumed analyst coverage will be initiated as per the CEO's last Letter to Shareholders, dated 12/20/99. This, and a plethora of recent news from the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) can be found here:

edig.com

You will see here the foundation alliances that make EDIG's MicroOS a possible "standard" for FlashMemory file mangement
for years to come. Theirs is a business model most akin to QCOM, though I am not suggesting similar valuations will be immediately achieved.

Music is also not the only application they will be involved with. They are very active with Intel in Voice-To-Text/Text-To-Voice research and development. We expect more news to follow on this front. The MicroOS can handle any type of file format (audio, video, etc) so it's applications in smart phones, digital cameras, music players, etc., are virtually unlimited.

I will not inundate you with facts about EDIG, in that I would encourage you to research this one on your own and draw your own conclusion. I guarantee you'll be intrigued. You should also see the great potential resident in this little company who is the "toll gate" of many digital applications, and why there was such an uproar to your previous statements. Please look into it. You might find a future winner for one of your newsletters. Thanks.

Best Regards,

Todd Pagel
