If CPQ truly thought that IBM et al would continue business as usual than it shows the maturity of management, VARs and manufacturers will be leaving Inacom in droves.

excellent point;
i found management's comments laughable in this regard.

In their effort to emulate the second largest ( DELL ) they've forsaken those that made them the largest, they're biting the hands that brought them where they are and IMO it will come back to roost.

IM can only benefit,
and i think the [relative] trading strength/momentum
[mentioned by dale]we saw last week was a foreshadowing of such benefits. unfortunately, the broader market malaise was an intervening circumstance.
