<<ticked me off a little to see all the negative rumors and things going on with Dell whereas Mr Dell fails to posture himself to reduce the tension and fears of investors and shareholders>>

What tension? I'm not worried about a thing. The company's BS is only getting stronger by the passing of each Q. Remember when everyone talked about how LU's weak balance sheet was a sgin of trouble? If DELL ever reaches that level that's when I start to worry. Without hype, DELL beats estimates and it still goes down, it's better to be silent and let the results speak for themselves. IMO, DELL is just out of favor, regadless of what they say, do.

<<. I do not want to bail out of the company since it is my largest holding.<<

Frank, my I recommend to you that you trim down some of your holding and invest in companies like JDSU, SDLI, ETEK, NOK, GLW? Optical, IMO, is where the growth for this decade is going to come from. These companies are in the same position as DELL was around 92 and 93, when PC was just starting to become mainstream.

IMO, DELL is similar to GE now, it will grow, however, it a slower pace than the past (not 91000+%.) Once one realizes this they're expecations wil be much more reasonable.

Just my opinion.
