Bruce, Check out this language from the Dec. 7th news release- Think that they might IPO the Unipay division? ``This is a further step in our plan to concentrate on our core business activities,' said UniComp President and CEO Stephen A. Hafer. ``ICS did not fit this strategy, and the sale provides additional funds to enable us to fast forward our e-commerce strategy and transaction business plan. We are now in a well-capitalized position to take advantage of the various Internet opportunities that exist by providing state of the art and cost competitive e-commerce solutions. Hafer added that the Company has begun a search for an investment banking relationship to assist in maximizing shareholder value of its e-commerce business units.'
