EtTu - I was referring to the "consent" he mentioned in Golden Lists post #19286. (My AOL doesn't seem to link). I took it to refer to Loomco, when it most prob. referred to approval of name change & other proposals from FreeEdgar. Sorry re that.

I like your analysis. I was thinking the NASDAQ angle, too. (CBQI just announced). Easier from $3 than $.30. Like the majority shareholder angle, too. ADVA isn't doing this all for ADVA, that's for sure. I think this could be a major improvement! Thanx. Sportfish
