Assuming you execute to straddle with equal dallars that strategy will work should PLUG move down, conversly it'll go against you if PLUG moves down. In the case of XPDR and MMWW where MMWW is expected to distribute shares of XPDR to MMWW shareholders that type of strategy has a much better chance of working......as the discount narrows due to the approach of the distribution. UIHIA (changed symbol to UCOMA) spun UPCOY around 11 months ago and UPCOY has consistantly moved up since the spin, as has UCOMA, however the discount hasn't narrowed. Mad2
