Yes, I know this. My question has to do with the rules regarding the major WSMC holders. They will end up with a big chunk of TSMC shares and it is conceivable that they may want to take advantage of some the TSM premium. So the question is will they be allowed to dump a lot of their shares on the market. I don't think this issue has been discussed.
