MTNL defers NYSE listing by a month and launches internet subsidiary today (from IndianInfoline Jan 8) MTNL has postponed its NYSE listing plan by a month to end of February. Company officials said that the appointment of auditors for GAAP compliance will be finalized by the middle of this month and the company will subsequently seek listing at NYSE. The company also launched its wholly owned subsidiary, Mellenium Telecom, on January 6. The subsidiary will takeover the existing internet and various value added businesses of MTNL.
