Hi Frank, I got the news release directly from Stillwater. I just typed in the headline from the release. Here's what the release has to say about the "Postponement of Shareholder Meeting": The board is in the process of selecting three new nominees to stand for eleciton to the board at the upcoming Annual Meetin of Shareholders. In light of the recent resignations, the remaining directors of the board have determined to postpone the upcoming annual meeting from Friday, April 25 to May 12, 1997 at 1:00p.m.. The headline, by itself, is ominous but the explanation seems fair. Sorry about leaving just the headline as a post. Regards - Emory
