Dick, Beautiful chart on ARTC. What is your opinion on ELN, which was added to VL P3 recently at 25. It's now 30, nice pattern, at BSL.
And I believe 38.4 will be a TT.

BTW, when ELN was trading at 31 the end of 10/99, VL's PO was 50-70.
