They are trying to bring out the compulsive gambler in all of us. They are not saying, "establish an account with us to make money." Rather, they are saying, "trade with us, because it's really exciting. Lose your inhibitions. Be a rebel. Be a child. Show everyone what a cool lifestyle you have." It must be an effective sales pitch, because they're all doing it.
