NO - I would suspect they are slow. I will say that the Scotia traders are good - They have made all of 4 mistakes in abot 1500 trades I have don in 3 years. The issue is the lacl of people to answer the phone, approve your order on line due to the KYC rule. I thnk some regular traders should be exemt from that step as Chief has preached for years
