Somone on another thread was asking questions about playing warrants so I thought I'd post my answer here also for the benefit of the lurkers...

Well it just depends how you want to play a certain stock...if you
find the warrant terms favorable for a particular stock and don't
mind the increased volatility that comes with warrants I'd go for
it...personally though I usually take smaller initial positions when
buying warrants vs common and if the warrant dips and I still like
the company, buy more...one thing for sure, with warrants you have
to have your limit orders always on the ready...pertaining to
ONSSW I recently bought them for 5/32 and sold them for 1/4 for
a nice short term gain, I didn't think the common had it in it for that
kind of a gain in such a short time...you may also look and notice
that RDOCW have nearly doubled in the last few days vs the
RDOC which has gone up about 25% in the same period...I'm also
currently holding MGAMW & AESPW which have yet to pop,
assuming they ever do...HA...but they can shoot down just as quick
as they go up, IFSHW is a warrant I'm currently taking a beating on
but I still like it so I've averaged down on it, the warrant is down
about 2X to the common lately...hope that helps...Go Tennessee
Titans, it was a lateral pass...

Chris

PS...if you'd like a good monthly newsletter that deals specifically
in low priced warrants call The Bowser Warrant Register at 757
877 5979 and ask for a free sample copy...they currently cover
ONSSW, MGAMW, AESPW & RDOCW...a yearly subscription
is $59 bucks and I get great ideas from it...they cover about 100
warrants in the newsletter
