No; you were implying that those that are helping Elian are criminals. Those that are helping Elian can reasonably claim that the folks that are insisting that Elian be returned to Cuba are a criminal conspiracy designed to harm Elian. If you want to start throwing mud, don't bitch if it gets thrown back.
