I dont know, and Jackie Stiles at ETTI couldnt tell me. They will have an interim release out sometime soon. Their 10K will be out in the beginning of July (their financial year ends march 31).

They just acquired a tire retreading company in Georgia and will be refitting their equipment to do remolding instead of retreading.
