Hey Glenn.

I don't know if blinking titles is the solution here. Wouldn't you find it anoying to see your title blink as you are reading this post?

A couple of more HTML capabilities like H1 and Underline would just about complete the ITALICS and BOLD options that we currently have.

Anyhow, you can still make a suggestion to SI. What so you have to lose, heh?
