Steve, if I had wanted to buy more, I would have bought near $12 last week as you recommended. As you know, I respect your timing calls and agreed with you besides, despite my case of nerves.
My theory on posting, unless the price is stupidly running away and I want to sell, is to tell it like I see it. I believe that everyone is much better off if the stock price remains orderly, does not get ahead of itself, and does not attract short term traders to accentuate swings.
For example, if the stock had closed this week at a high of $15, everyone would have been happy, and all the buyers at $12 and 13 would have felt very good and be considering adding more. As it is, if the stock drops to $18 early next week, there will be a lot of pissing and moaning from the people who paid $19. They won't buy more, nor will the people who paid 12 and 13, because it is "too high".
In summary, I post on all threads to try to share/secure superior information, for my own benefit and in order to promote a deeper and more orderly market. |
