The stocks of the Providers viz RBOCS, CLECS,NSP and ISP's are currently tending towards their lows. Will these providers not be affected by an increase in interest rates.? If they are affected, what has been their historical response regarding their orders to the Eqpt suppliers when interest rates are increasing. Major providers like ATT, BT, C&W, SBC COmm..etc, are cash reach and building their networks from current cash flow. CLECS are different story. With rising % rates RBOC and big long distance carries will move ahead of many CLECs.Emarging carriers which get finance will do fine .
