I would take the $400 mil as a conservative number since the blue LED's enable opportunities that the other LED do not.

For instance: replacing incandescent bulbs in planes and boats. One can be a full color display with blue LEDS while that is not possible with red, green and yellow ones.

Bottom line is that I agree with you that it gives them enough $ to grow on until the other products become widely adopted.
