I'm new to the site and need some help building my own dream machine. I use RTIII and will be connecting to the internet via an ISDN line. My choice of operating system is Windows NT (I understand it is more stable than 98 - please correct me if I'm wrong). System will use two 19" monitors. Can anyone give me a good description of the components I should ask for in order to build this computer i.e. do I need the latest 800 MHZ processor, how much ram and video memory is necessary. Any advice will be appreciated.
