(plastic or ceramics) they are embedded in.

BTW, K6 has less pins than the Celeron >

Ali, remember that the Celeron has the L2 on the same die. Thus the backside bus does not need pins like the Pentium II/III. So the number of pins on the K6 and Celeron are equivalent. So the Ceramic package for the K-6 will cost significantly more than the plastic Celeron package.
