Sorry, M&M. I have a cousin who lives by the travel business, too, and I did not mean to offend you all collectively. I found the reference to "African tundra" in a search I ran; the phrase was used by a tour promoter, I guess. Not a "travel agent," strictly speaking. The problem is that many of us who do NOT work in the travel business don't really know who is who in it. At least, I don't. Believe it or not, I have NEVER taken a travel vacation IN MY LIFE. (The only trip that would have classified as such was a cruise of the Virgin Islands -- but since my husband was paid to captain the boat, and we were flown down free, no travel agency was involved.) Such travel as I have done has been "business" travel, sometimes paid for by somebody else. And I only fly on cutrate flights (e.g. Aeroflot), and only crash in other people's pads -- no hotels. Etc. Not one of your SS millionaires here. Joan
