I ran a stock screen with fairly tight parameters last week and ZMAX was one of 5
companies within the computer services industry that made the cut. After further
research I bought in. Here are some of the more compelling facts I found regarding
ZMAX:

Financial Summary
Zmax Corporation provides re-engineering and information processing services
to users of large-scale computer systems in North America. For the six months
ended 6/30/99, revenues totalled $12.2 million, up from $4 million. Net income
totalled $752 thousand vs. a loss of $448 thousand. Results reflect greater
sales activity of Y2K services, revenues generated from the licensing of the
Company's software tool and higher IT consulting revenue due to the Eclipse
acquisition.

Recent Earnings Announcement
For the 3 months ended 09/30/1999, revenues were 8,052; after tax earnings
were 1,003. (Preliminary; reported in thousands of dollars.)

The above numbers were extracted from Yahoo profile. The 2 year chart looks pretty
ugly but it appears ZMAX has consolidated at these lower levels and will head higher on
increased earnings which should be greatly enhanced by the new association with
