Chetman and All: Actually the browser issue was decided in the last court case wherein the Appeals Court suggested that the courts should stay out of software design. There really are no issues in this case other than snippets from interoffice EMails at MSFT and the witness of MSFT accusers. Any tough dealing in contracts concerning the desk top have already been ceded by MSFT. There is no case and I am sure Posner sees it the same way and is having a tough time convincing the DOJ and the states of this. JFD
