<<Beware the travel scammers! >> Wife and I went to Cabo San Lucas in '84. Things weren't as advertised but it was still fun and I knew we would be ripped off so I took a coupla k extra. A man and his family were checking out a week early and he refused to pay a part of his bill. He told them he was from New York City and knew his rights. I was thinking he was about to get an education when two large policia walked in. Without saying a word each took an arm, twisted them behind his back and lifted him up and carried him off. It looked painful and he was screaming through his tears that he would pay the bill. I bet after taking the Pepsi challenge he paid a lot more than the amount in question.
