Rambi -- I never travel without a few meds, including a general antibiotic (along with guidance from my doc re legitimate reason for taking).

I refuse to get jet lag. I don't sleep well on planes and I don't go to bed until it's time to go to bed where ever I am. I then sleep like a rock until about 10 in the morning and that's that.

Have you travelled in Europe a lot? Any favorites?
