El-- What I found strange is Paine Webber did a DELl upgrade to buy and it still did nothing,,,

PaineWebber boosted their rating on DELL COMPUTER (DELL, $46) to
Attractive from Neutral and raised the target price to $60 from $45.
They cited Dell leadership in business to business markets, an expected commercial PC sales recovery in 2000 driven by the introduction of Microsoft Windows 2000, and small and medium business demand. Dell's growth path is still
strong, including international, notebooks and sales of "enterprise"
equipment such as computer servers and high-volume data storage to companies -------- hope cpq reacts better with any positive news,,,
