Joe, it is becoming apparent that NOVLs revenuues are on the decline and as NT picks up more steam this will be hard to rectify. If there has been alot of short covering then there are still quite a few sellers at 7-7.25. If not, this one has more downside. I'm almost convinced now that NOVL will not be independent by the end of the year. Look for SUNW or ORCL to snatch them up, but what will the premium be. I think $10 is max. Perhaps a 60% premium, as HP pasid for Verifone today. I was following VFI for a while as it slumped, but could't pull the trigger.
