There is a company called Phoenix Resource Technology (Nasdaq: BB:PRTI) which has bought the rights to a company called HHPN which also makes software which does what Allaire's Cold Fusion does. In preliminary testing HHPN's sofware blew the socks off cold fusion. If the test is real and not a front for a "pump and dump" scheme--Allaire is going to have some real competition.
